01Succeeded in controlling three frequencies with one matching box. Experiments that were previously impossible are now possible.
We received an inquiry from a manufacturer of thin film forming equipment who wanted to control three different frequencies using three power supplies and one matching box for research and development purposes.
Until then, there had been no experience of controlling three frequencies with one matching box, but it became possible to do so by installing a physical switching device inside.
It has now become possible to conduct experiments that were previously impossible, and the end users seem to be happy with it. -
02Implemented measures against high frequency noise that affects peripheral devices.
A customer asked us to do something about high-frequency noise on their equipment, which was affecting peripheral equipment, so we implemented noise countermeasures.
Upon investigation, we discovered that high-frequency noise was leaking out through the signal line, and solved the problem by installing a noise cut filter. -
03Maximize alignment speed.
We received a request to speed up Teplasma's ignition process, and by taking the following measures, we were able to speed it up to the maximum possible speed.
① Perform calculations that do not depend on electric power to achieve the fastest response speed of the mechanical system.
